Our businesses were founded on three core principles:

1. Conduct business with integrity: Having seen and been frustrated by the way some corporate settings were led, we wanted our businesses to do right by people. That means making sure the job gets done right and that respect and wellbeing come before money.
   
   
2. Work from anywhere: Part of working for ourselves was creating our reality and chasing the dream of calling the shots with our schedules. Digital businesses gave us that freedom.
   
   
3. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket: With our passion for helping others, there were several ways for us to share our expertise. We wanted to build the infrastructure to ensure that we are always doing work that fulfills us and helps others.
